PM10 Power Meter
The PM10 Power and Energy meter by Yantram is a easy-to-use compact electricity usage monitor for electric equipment. It measures the energy used by equipment that are connected to this meter, and displays several useful parameters related to the electricity consumption of the connected equipment.
- Voltage - Incoming line voltage in Volts
- Power - Instantaneous power consumption measured in Watts
- Current - Current drawn by the equipment, measured in Ampere (A)
- Energy - Total electricity consumed, measured in kilo Watt Hours (kWH).
- Expense - Cost of electricity used so far, measured in Indian Rupees
How it Works
Equipment monitoring
The Power Meter is plugged into the wall socket. Then, the equipment is plugged into the Power Meter. Electricity consumed by the equipment is recorded by the Power Meter and it displays real-time parameters.
Sensors and Software
The sensors observe the change in voltage and current hundreds of times a second and accurately determine the measurement parameters, such as voltage, frequency, power factor, power, current, and operating time.
Display Interface
The user can select the displayed value. The meter remembers the energy consumption even if power is cut off intermittently. With the up time and energy, one can determine daily, monthly and even yearly usage.
